I don't mean this to be a "Kidist" site, but in view of my posts on how non-Western people eventually end up returning to their non-Western roots, and even to the detriment of the Western countries they inhabit, here is a some more autobiographical information about me (my last post was Flowers for the Emperor, about my childhood in Ethiopia).

I wrote this little poem while in elementary school at the Addis Abeba English School. It was published in the year book, in 1092.

I was nine years old, just a few months before we were to leave for Paris.

Here is a newspaper article about my scholarship to Dover College, in England. I was thirteen wen I received the scholarship. I attended Dover College, from thirteen to seventeen, when I was accepted on a partial scholarship to Lock Haven State College, now Lock Haven University, in Pennsylvania.
