Weakened Fighters for the West

My comment at the Council of European Canadians' website, on their article:

Can Paganism Save Christian Europeans
It has taken me a few days to come to terms with the basic message of this article: That a return to some form of paganism can save the West. This is a deluded, dangerous, and subversive argument. Christ's message to unify all people under the umbrella of the one and true God was exactly to remove the worship of idols that had led mankind astray. There IS only one God. If western civilization is to redeem itself of its sinful past, return to its glory, it is NOT through embracing false messengers. The Council of European Canadians should be arguing against such theses, directly and overtly, if they dare publish such articles. By publishing such an article as an actual possibility for paganism, they have opened the doors to all followers of anti-God, anti-Christ, and cannot possibly salvage the already weakened Western Civilization. They will be weakened fighters, which means that they will lose.

I read this article with deep disappointment. It was not an argument, but a thesis. A probability.

Accelerate the Revolution

The image above comes from Steve Sailer's article on VDare: Cristalnacht in the Fairfax District.

Sailer writes:
The Fairfax neighborhood in West Hollywood, CA is known both for its elderly Jewish population of 1940s refugees and its luxury stores selling conspicuous consumption items that rappers crave, like Cristal champagne.

So the smashing of windows and looting of high end shops on Fairfax and Melrose boulevards could be dubbed Cristalnacht, especially because a small number of the terrorized residents can likely still remember the Kristallnacht of 82 years ago.
Sailer just got on piece of information (fact) wrong:
‘It has come to my attention that the managing director of Cristal, Frédéric Rouzaud, views the “hip-hop” culture as “unwelcome attention”’, said Jay-Z. ‘I view his comments as racist and will no longer support any of his products through any of my various brands, including the 40/40 Club, nor in my personal life.’ [Source: Decanter, June 16 2006]
That was fourteen years ago!

Who knows why Jay-Z chose Cristal? He's into bling bling, has a lot of money to throw around, and his wife Beyonce thinks she's the Queen Bee, who also glitzes her wardrobe with shiny stones. So Cristal might just be a name thing (and a "religion?").

Beyonce crystalled out in her Witchcraft video: Formation

There's a deeper connection, actually, which Sailer might have got to had he not used his race-tinted cool shades. Or, he never meant to report on this.

Both Beyonce and Jay-Z use their "black power" image to project a "neo-black power" occult movement. In fact, all their videos and languages are filled with double meanings, the double, the hidden, being their Illuminati messaging. Their occult stand.

J and Queen B are deeply embroiled in the occult, devil worship.

Skull from Jay Z's "On to the next one" video

Of course, the atheist VDare (and that includes Sailer and Brimelow), who "celebrate" Christmas as a one-up on the religion of the multi-culti and blaspheme against the true celebration of Christ's birth, find nothing wrong with (or at least, nothing to report about) different religious stands. No-where, in any of their reports, do they discuss the Christian implications of immigration (including all those Catholic Mexicans who cross that border). Christianity simply becomes a celebratory prop to distinguish, and elevate, the white Brimelow from those brown Catholics, along with all those other religions. So even Satanism counts as a religion to stand on, and perhaps even better than the others, since it builds towards the destruction of Christianity and the Gotterdammerung, a fresh clean slate for the white West.

As always, the VDare group has some wrong end of the stick. And it usually involves blacks. And a subservient, under-the-radar acknowledgment of Jewish "victimhood." Who exactly finances VDare's big enterprises - e.g.: Their Castle on the Virginia Hills? And who has the deepest, and strongest, vested interest in destroying Christianity?

---------------------------------------------------------

I wrote yesterday (June 4) in my post America-Destroying Entities
There is no attempt by VDare et al., and Faith Goldy, who has regular video posts on Vdare, to delve into the underlying causes of black thuggery. E.g., who exactly is it that funds the "movement?" How do other blacks, and especially the poorest (pregnant women living alone!), fare under the fear of this black underworld of crime and murder, which also viciously attacks them?
But, I had some speculations in previous posts. This time regarding the VDare group's silence on the COVID "crisis" which resulted with the real crisis from the economic shutdowns of whole countries:
But, I discovered that what I wrote earlier still holds: that VDare has no interest in the societal and economic upheaval that this fake pandemic is causing the world[Reclaiming Beauty, May 14, 2020].
What is disconcerting is that VDare has not posted a single coherent piece on the spectacular "lockdown" (a prison term, by the way) on Americans and Canadians, and actually the whole world, on a fake pandemic for a virus that has killed less than the flu virus (and viruses), which originated from an outdoor market in China[Reclaiming Beauty, April 28, 2020].
It begs the question: Was the VDare group, realizing that eventually the fake virus would unleash societal upheavals, cleverly deducing that it would become a racial blowup, where blacks would feel even more "oppressed," while whites, even the poor whites, appear to be doing that (little) much better?

I continue in my May 14 post:
The discussion between Derbyshire and Brimelow [during one of Brimelow's regular interviews with writers and journalists] centered around black crimes on whites, which is the repetitive, mantra-like, redundant postings through which VDare has made its trademark, over the couple of decades it has existed.

I have to speculate whether it is something that they wish for, some kind of racial war, to start the machinations of a global Gotterdammerung, to start their America on a clean, white slate.
Ordinary whites appear to have a complicit head start in the COVID recovery, which the media talking heads, fronted by blacks and whites, tell us. Thus ALL whites appear to prevent blacks from getting their daily bread. And this "narrative" is followed by whites and blacks alike. But the violence of black thugs has nothing to do with their daily bread, COVID or no COVID. And it has nothing to do with "their" race.

Thus, this manipulated "pandemic" became the starting point for the race war that race instigators from all corners and political stripes, and especially the elite leaders, are content to see happening.

It will simply accelerate the revolution toward:

Black subjugation and wipe out

or

White subjugation and wipe out
---------------------------------------------------------

It is a war.

COVID as the Great Delineator

City Centre Lockdown
Photo take Sunday May 17, 2020
By: KPA

The COVID Scamdemic has shown us how easy it is to disrupt and uproot whole countries, whole economies, whole societies.

I took a set of photographs around the Mississauga Civic Centre, and the adjacent Square One Shopping Centre and its parking lots in mid-March, shocked by the parking lots which emptied days after the first announcements of COVID, and posted them on April 9: City Centre Lockdown.

On May 9, a month later, I posted a commentary I wrote in mid-March, which I titled Death through Acquiescence.

Two months later, nothing has changed. Ontario's Premier, Doug Ford, promised of "gradual" openings starting in June, but I'll believe it when I see it.

Those that we trusted as mediators of information, analysts and interpreters of opaque Orwellian language, betrayed us. I can only deduce that they are complicit, either directly through financed support (what else is there?) or through deliberate activity to disrupt and destroy.

Whole cities of grownups have been reduced to infantile acquiescence for a virus that hardly makes it up the Richter scale. Whole economies have bent to the order of shutdowns and lockdowns.

And no-one says anything! Some smugly sit in their dubious castles, others sing praise to Western ingenuity, as their very leaders behave like quivering epileptics, convulsed by invisible spiritual forces.

Lies, lies and more lies is what we've got with COVID, and those we thought we trusted have said NOTHING.

I posted my City Centre Lockdown images on April 9, and wrote Death through Acquiescence in March 17, which I posted on May 9, a month later. I wrote: "The world belongs to us, now. We are the inheritors, and its spokespeople. All else want its destruction."

Now nearing June, my impressions have not changed one iota. And neither has the City Centre Lockdown.

The Iniquities of Immigration

Below is my post from July 4, 2018: The Iniquities of Immigration
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Immigration is the contemporary world's greatest iniquity. From there arises all the adjoining iniquities, the biggest being multiculturalism. The sin of immigration is as much the immigrants' as it is those accepting the immigrants.

In God's design of our world, there is no immigration, as we understand it in our contemporary world: the mass movements of peoples from one region of the world to another, and more specifically from the southern/eastern regions to the western.

Each people has its own country, its own region, its own place, its own home, built and nourished and sustained by its own people, ancestors and those still living. Each people knows how to maneuver and live with the deficiencies of its particular country, and often loves it more because of these struggles and, many times, the victories, small or large.

By immigrating, contemporary people cut off these ties, sever them and often irreparably. They remain in limbo with memories fading further into the recesses of their minds of that beautiful country which gave birth to them and which they so readily abandoned for a few material comforts. This trauma lives on in their children and their grandchildren.

I make a bold suggestion. Let's follow Moses' example. Let us make an Exodus away from the false promise and to the real promise. Our real promised lands.

The Museum of Beauty

Welcome to the Museum of Beauty!

Death through Acquiescence

Below is what I wrote on March 17, as I was just beginning to understand this "pandemic."

-------------------------------------

It's fascinating. A pathetic virus (sane people slip out that it is a variation of the flu) is running the world.

I was watching the news (CNN, CBS, NBC, and the Canadian CBC and CTV) during the first announcements of the "pandemic," and they are all alarmists.

Don't the newscaster have any shame? A virus which by epidemiology standards is NOT an epidemic, let alone a "pandemic" is running the world.

Of course, the news has to have been manipulated.

As the coronavirus map shows, the virus has "bypassed" most of the world, including the Middle East, the Indian Subcontinent, the Horn of Africa, etc. Even Canada seems immune, but you wouldn't know it with the public panic attack.

It IS the Western World under attack. Europe, the beautiful Italy, Spain, France and of course England and Britain.

The maps, the talking heads, the "experts," the "doctors," and some "news analysts" all talk in apocalyptic language.

The Western World will die with a pathetic acquiescence of a contrived disease. Not through some glorious outrage and uproar.

For us, for me, it is good to know where we stand. Let them all fumigate in the mire of their own making. Let them reject and deny God, and follow the Devil's directions.

It is a fascinating, and exciting time.

The world belongs to us, now. We are the inheritors, and its spokespeople. All else want its destruction.

I have revived my Museum of Beauty idea, which I hope to develop into an online presence. There are lots of sane people out there who have had enough of these usurpers.

This is a clever, ingenious, strategy: creating a non-virus to affect our civilization.

But nature is honest. And the birds are chirping the arrival of Spring. Flowers will be blooming soon.

So, have a good day!

The Atheists Saving Western Civilization

John Derbyshire, with his son Danny in Beijing, 2001 ("visiting relatives and sightseeing"), in time for July 4th
We left New York July 1st, arrived in Pei-p'ing Peking Beijing July 2nd. This is the following day, July 3rd — Danny's 6th birthday. As usual, he'd prefer to be elsewhere.
Derbyshire's Confessions:
I take the minimal definition of a Christian to be a person who is sure that Jesus of Nazareth was divine, or part-divine, and that the Resurrection was a real event. I don't believe either of those things.
John Debryshire, columnist at VDare.
I wrote a short article on Derbyshire here, commenting on his condescending article on an "Ethiop."

Western Civilization will be saved one atheist at a time.

Mississauga: A Blue-collar to White-collar Canadian Suburb

I have posted below an email correspondence along with an introduction, from December 2016, originally posted here: The Great No-Longer-So-White North.
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Below (with an introduction) is an email letter I received from a blog correspondent which I left as a draft when I first thought of publishing it in June 2015.

Now it is more relevant than ever. Note the reader's contempt for the "Trudeau Liberals" by which he meant Trudeau Sr., not the Justin cavorting around as a politician now.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Great no-longer-so-White North

This letter below is from a correspondent, who describes the Toronto of the 1970s (and into the early 80s).

The history of the Loyalists shows how different Canada and the United States are, which is how it should be despite all this Free Trade lingo, which puts us together with Third World Mexico! The anti-Americanism which the Canadian media (aka CBC), the stooge of the liberals and the Liberal Party, loves to spout is taken on in a healthy way by the ordinary Canadians, who love their flag, their foods (however few there are that are different from the Americans'), their holidays (next week is Canada Day, yes a reaction to Fourth of July, but still celebrated with gusto), and so on.

But, there is a unity with the US when it comes to the European heritage. And I strongly believe that this multicultural fetish is a "white guilt" thing.

He [the correspondent] very astutely observes that this "hate" or rather this identification of difference is projected into Quebec, and the endless wrangles we have with that Province. And I am actually a proponent of "freeing" Quebec. Let them deal with NAFTA, terrorism, the vacillating currency, maintaining a First World way of life, WITHOUT dipping into the Canadian coffers. Let them do it alone. Cut off ALL the strings. VIVE LE QUEBEC LIBRE!

One more thing.

Question: Who are the HABS?!! (Confession: Sin of all Canadian Sins. I don't watch hockey!!)

Answer: Habs is an abbreviation of "les habitants," the informal name given to the original settlers of New France, dating back to the 17th Century. So it's a natural fit for the The Montreal Canadiens, established in 1909 and marketed as a French-Canadian hockey team.

Yep, even in hockey, there is the Quebec Narrative. So, my correspondent is insightful to view these hockey games as war-like rivalry to release those ancestral tensions.

Here is the email/letter:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear Kidist,

Good luck with the Hildebrand project [link]. This is some text! You're doing good work, even (especially) if the thought-police don't approve!

Mississauga really has changed. My father spent the last 10+ years of his career in Toronto (living in the City of Toronto itself from 1972 to 1983), and -- as a landed immigrant, not an illegal alien --- I worked a lot of temp jobs in Toronto during school and university days. I got to know greater Toronto pretty well.

At the time Mississauga was a blue-collar to white-collar Canadian suburb, which is [to] say the inhabitants were Canadians. Friends of ours who lived there had been in Ontario from its beginnings: United Empire Loyalists who went north from New York after the American Revolution made New York an uncomfortable place for loyalists to live. We haven't been in touch with them for many years, but I suspect they have long since white-flown Mississauga for somewhere much farther out.

Toronto proper at that time had immigrant pockets, some (European; I remember particularly a Portuguese enclave) of fairly long standing, but was still preeminently a Canadian city, united by belief in the Leafs and hatred of the Habs. There was, however, a growing West Indian area which, perhaps coincidentally, was considered the most sketchy part of town.

I hope the Canadians wake up in time to salvage some Canadian Canada. But when I look at what Americans are accepting, and remember it was a Canadian government (Trudeau's Liberals from 1968 through the early '80s; not that Mulroney's Tories did anything to undo Liberal sabotage when they got in) that introduced the world to official multiculturalism and mandated racial and sexual diversity, it's hard to be too hopeful. So far, from what I see, Canadians have swallowed almost all of it without a peep, and tell themselves it's all a Good Thing. The only outlet English Canadians allow themselves is to be annoyed at the Quebecois - to go any further would be racist...

Please keep up your good work in the Great no-longer-so-White North!

Best regards.

My Message is Simple: Go to Where You Belong

The Cloisters, New York

I have always been consistent about my Western civilization part. What all this reflection has shown me is my uniqueness. I don't want to be in the West for opportunistic reasons, but because I am really part of it, because I really love it, I identify with it. I have found no-one else like me and not for lack of trying. And it has made me profoundly empathetic towards those who search for this authenticity. Sometimes I am short towards them, sometimes harsh, and sometimes even hostile. And the level of my anger shows the level of my concern.

Perhaps Larry Auster is the closest example to what I'm trying to do, where even as his Jewishness defined his being, he became a powerful voice for the West and specifically for America, and his message was received all the more because of that.

It is a tough call, what I've dedicated myself to. People will get confused by me, people will reject me, they will call me a hypocrite and a traitor as they bring my race to the forefront and even attack me for it. It has already happened. And I even have an answer, a response, for that: the Amhara race is different from other African or Arab races, and has always looked to the West for guidance. If I am to cite my ancestry, it will be in that manner. And I am the only one to follow it through. My persistence will show my authenticy.

I have developed a tough skin, starting from my childhood. And I have always been independent, which my childhood has also taught me. And I think people will ultimately listen to me. My message is simple: go to where you belong.

From Nothing to Hip-hop

"And those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music" Friedrich Nietzsche

Below is a recent encounter I recently had with a young boy at the Square One Mall Food Court in Mississauga. And below that, I re-post another encounter I had with a young man at the nearby Jubilee Garden, near the mall, about two years ago.

I inadvertently sat next to a young white boy (about ten or eleven years old) in the busy Square One Food Court (where I hardly ever sit down and just pass through for a short cut or to quickly get french fries or some such snack).

This time I sat down with a Starbucks coffee.

When I first found a seat in the food court, there was a man eating some kind of greasy hamburger type meal with a heavy smell right diagonal to me.

I got up and moved across to the other side. While doing so, I didn't see that a young boy was sitting across (diagonal again!) just finishing off some meal. He was so quiet and silent.

After I added the sugar to my coffee, I looked up and around, and saw him there watching me. I smiled at him and continued drinking my coffee, in a hurry to be off.

Then it was my turn to watch him.

"Are you here by yourself?" I gently asked this boy, who bravely sat amidst this sea of black, brown and yellow faces, looking like an angelic apparition, like a visitor from another world. He had slightly wavy gold blond hair.

"Well my Mom was supposed to meet me here. But she's not here," he replied with a slight tone of irritation to his voice, barely audible. He didn't want to sound like he was complaining.

It was a Saturday afternoon so I intuited that he must be doing some kind of "extracurricular activity," and probably a sport.

"Are you getting ready for a match or something?"

"No. But I'm in a competition later on this afternoon."

"What kind?"

"Hip-hop."

I was a little taken aback. I didn't expect that.

But why not? The boy looked like a younger, much blonder, Justin Bieber, the star who's won all the accolades with his reinvention of the black dance style.

"So are you going to win?" I teased him.

"Of course!" he replied putting on his fighting front. He wasn't gong to let me get away with it.

By then, I was ready to leave.

I put a thumbs up and smiled "Good Luck."

"Thank you," he replies, once again alone, and waiting for his mother.

I intuitively refrained from telling him "what to do."

Like, for example: "Join a ballet class." Or "Find a modern dance program."

But let him find out for himself, the hard way. That way it will have true meaning for him, when he realizes the artistic limitations of hip hop.

Nothing

I was by the lovey Jubilee Garden in Mississauga when I saw a young man moving gracefully. At first it looked like he was doing some kind of stretching exercise, but he was moving to some inner rhythm. He was not a dancer (I didn't think so) but he was graceful.

"Are you an artist?"

"No."

"What do you do?"

"Nothing."

"Oh. What did you study?" I've met before another young man who told me he had recently been a student at the nearby Sheridan College and was going on with more school since he couldn't find work.

"Philosophy," said this young man.

"You're a philosopher!" I concluded, pointing my finger at him telling him off for his lazy withdrawal.

How many times did this young, white man hear that he was "nothing?" In this world where the brown-skinned man rules, where Chinese and Indian philosophers are venerated, where multiculturalism runs the world, the heir to the white western civilization is deemed "nothing."

Does this young man realize that it is this "nothing" civilization that his "nothing" ancestors built which draws all these people here, reaping all the benefits but giving him nothing in return, other than to call him "nothing?"

Hello Ms. Asrat,

I had emailed you some months back expressing the AGM’s concern with the nature of your reviews and commentary for the AGM’s programmes, staff, artists and community. I had clearly articulated at the time that if the hateful and insulting tone of many of your blog posts, in regards to AGM content, staff and or community did not cease, you would be no longer welcome at the AGM. While you certainly have the right to freedom of speech, the AGM also has the right to not be defamed and or the recipient of hate propaganda.

As you have continued to criticize, defame and generally create an unsafe space for many at the AGM, you will no longer be permitted to enter the AGM premises under the Trespass to Property Act, RSO 1990, c. T.21 - Ontario.ca

If you are to enter the AGM premises at any time in the future, you will be escorted off the property immediately by City Security.

Germans and Civilization

Photo of sleeping quarters

The Ernst Zundel event was seven years before I was to become a "Landed Immigrant" in Canada. I acquired this status based on the high points I obtained through my educational merits: BS, MS, and ABD - All But the Dissertation - in the sciences, and my language proficiency in both French and English, although I had Spanish and Amharic on my list too.

I read Ernst Zundel years later, and sad to say I went wth the MSM reports of "anti-semite, who deserves his prison term."

Now, of course as I write to advance the Western Civilization's contributions to beauty, and especially the German civilization's (how about Mozart), I begin to understand the truth.
The record of the persecution of German-Canadian heretic Ernst Zundel by a de facto Sanhedrin, for publishing the book, 'Did Six Million Really Die?' is almost too fantastic to countenance. Zundel was prosecuted in Toronto under an archaic False News provision of an old Edwardian legal code. He faced two years in prison if convicted. In response, he put the so-called Holocaust' itself on trial. Zundel's defense was initially regarded by the press and public as preposterous. How can anyone 'deny the Holocaust?' was the incredulous response to the news that Zundel would vigorously defend himself and the free speech rights of all Canadians. The trial was expected to be a quick and ignominious rout of Zundel and his supporters. But in a startling reversal, the 'survivors' who had appeared in court in order to send him to jail, had to submit their testimony to scrutiny, the rules of evidence and cross-examination, something that had never happened before and has never happened since. Canadians grew ever more surprised and shocked at the amazing admissions which the defense team elicited from the supposed eyewitnesses to the homicidal gas chambers. As a result, television reporters and print journalists who covered the 1985 trial produced broadcasts and news reports that turned Canada upside down. Zundel was tried again in 1988. The Great Holocaust Trial reports on both thought crime trials. Softcover, 182 pages. Illustrated. Large format.

Viscous Liberals

I never now these days how to maneuver through forums and public sites. I posted recently on my blog To Reach the Invisible God Through Our Own Visible Means about a recent entry at the Orthosphere Becoming a reactionary is only the beginning of thought.

Here is what I wrote regarding Kristor's comment (and further down I correct a typo (actually it was my spellcheck) at the Orthosphere:
[confrontation on principles]...makes liberal elites especially vicious when confronted or pressed to define, or to declare, their principles.
And there is a Brian D. Finch who picks up on my "error," where used "viscous" instead of "vicious."

He writes:
I find the liberal elites especially viscous when smarmingly smothering all opposition on the mainstream media.
I should have kept the original!

One of the attractive things about a liberal/nominalist/naturalist/materialist take on things is that it feels as though it resolves all sorts of thorny (interesting, important, and pressing) philosophical perplexities by simply eliminating the entities involved by means of a reduction not just improper, but – in retrospect, from the richer reactionary position – positively brutal, and certainly vicious.

Consciousness is the best example I can think of. If you can convince yourself that eliminativism is true, you never have to wonder about consciousness again. Likewise, if you can convince yourself that Ricardo is the last word on trade, you never have to think about it again. Or if there is nothing but matter, you can just stop worrying about forms, teloi, and so forth. If only liberal democracy is morally tolerable, then hey, monarchy and aristocracy, together with all their attendant complexities, are simply off the table. And, obviously, if there are no moral absolutes, then there’s no reason to fret about sex, at all, one way or the other. Which is cool.
Reclaiming Beauty Kidist | September 19, 2018 at 12:10 PM
I disagree with Kristor here. Liberal elites understand that their “elimination” processeses are a form of camouflage. For example, they are aware that they are eliminating monarchy and its inherent hierarchy, but replacing it with other forms of “necessary” hierarchical systems. Politicians (for the good of the people), journalists (to tell “the story”), intellectuals (to discover “truth”), artists (to create beauty – or a superior form of ugliness) all believe in the hierarchy of their positions, and that they are the elites who can do this.

But they all disagree with the hierarchy that comes with Western, Christian tradition, as their contention is with the “Christian” part, the Godly part. Theirs is afterall a “free-for-all” hierarchy, based in some way on arbitrary, or man-made rules and definitions (e.g. what is truth and how does one tell the truth, what is beauty, etc.) and they know that they stand on fragile ground of wavering principles that are ready to crumble, which makes them especially viscous when confronted or pressed to define, or to declare, their principles.

he last phrase should read:

$23 Million For Anointed Grievance Groups

Justin Trudeau and Isqra Khalid: Funding the Ideology of White Genocide
by Tim Murray
Friday, 6 July 2018
Council of European Canadians

Isqra Khalid, Liberal MP, with Justin Trudeau

News item: Isqra Khalid announces that 23 million dollars of our money will go to support "diverse communities" to promote "anti-racism" education and fight "systemic" racism and "religious discrimination."

So Isqra Khalid, the Liberal MP who put forward Motion 103, proudly announced the dispensation of $23 million or money to anointed grievance groups. Repeat. $23 million. Chump change, right? Wrong.

Let's put that $23 million in context.

As many of us will recall, when candidate Justin Trudeau promised that a Liberal government under his leadership would spend $13 billion of borrowed money on infrastructure projects, he was reminded of the huge scale of our federal debt, and asked if instead he should not endeavour to balance the budget. He dismissed those concerns with one pat answer. "Budgets balance themselves". Really? What a relief. I guess I shouldn't worry about my negative cash flow or my growing line of credit debt. It will all work out in the end. Interest rates will remain at historic lows and my income steady. Sure my debt levels are worrisome but, as Mr. Micawber in said in Dickens' David Copperfield, "something will turn up." Especially in Canada where, as Justin said in his victory speech, "Anything is possible."

Let's get real.

Trudeau needs to know that it is Canadian taxpayers — ordinary working Canadians and small business entrepreneurs — who service the debt. The debt does not service itself. Even if the government's optimistic projections prove true, these servicing charges will increase 35% by 2022, or $33 billion. This is $9 billion more than taxpayers already pay. Trudeau assures us that the size of the debt doesn't matter. It the size of the debt in relation to the size of the economy that we should focus on. The "debt to GDP ratio". So relax and go back to sleep.

But this contention is premised on continuing economic growth, fairly robust growth at that, considering the circumstances. Trudeau’s flip answer assumes that the economy will grow as he expects it will. Trudeau has not factored in the spectre of rising interest rates (which are creeping up) and the very real possibility of losing American customers thanks to the collapse or unfavourable renegotiation of NAFTA. We have a 2 trillion dollar economy, but American customers are responsible for 20% of our business ($400 billion). Moreover, as interest rates on American government bonds go up, Canada must raise its interest rates to match it, or the bond buyers who pay for our debt won't buy our bonds. It's called market competition, or shopping around. Simple stuff.

One question though. Who buys our bonds? Not the poor. Not the working poor. Not ordinary working Canadians or small businessmen. For the most part, it is the relatively WEALTHY who buy bonds. In fact, big banks and financiers encourage their clients to buy bonds, and are very happy that governments like Trudeau's continue to borrow and issue T-bills as if they are going out of style. Quite ironic, when you think about. A Leftist government grows the debt, which is serviced by working and small business class Canadians so that rich people can reap the dividends from government treasury bills. In effect, the champions of wealth and income redistribution pursue a fiscal policy that amounts to a massive transfer of wealth from the people they claim to represent to the people they vow to heavily tax. Go figure.

Social democrats who claim to be the advocates of the downtrodden should think about that. Runaway deficit financing is a rich man's dream and a working man's long term nightmare. Wanton over-spending now will result in savage cut-backs down the line, with reduced incomes, higher classroom sizes, longer surgical wait lists, high government fees, higher public transportation fares — you name it. One wonders how many socialist governments have to fall before that lesson sinks in. How many Leftist administrations, elected on the promise of more social services and public works projects, have to bite the bullet of austerity after the hangover of irresponsible spending wears off?

It's 2018 Justin, but you still cling to an obsolete 80 year old failed paradigm that usually fails politicians like you choose to ignore the other half of the Keynesian formula. Yes, it might be advisable to borrow and spend your way out of a recession, but in good times, a government needs to CUT back spending to pay off the debt. Somehow, that seldom happens. I wonder why. Could it be anything to do with the fact you need the revenue to pay back friends, reward apparatchiks and expand an already bloated bureaucracy? After all, the burgeoning immigration and multi-cult propaganda industry needs its grants.

The Liberals (NDP and Greens) believe in a government-directed economy. They believe that government is more competent to spend our money than we taxpayers are. So instead of leaving us with enough disposable income to hire the local mechanic to fix our car, or the local gutter cleaner to clean our gutters, or the local electrician to wire our house, for example, a Leftist government takes the money we would otherwise use to pay local businesses to do these things or provide services that we actually value and instead gives it to political and cultural groups who spread their ideology and reward them at the ballot box. (Consider the mutual back scratching arrangement that Liberal governments have had with the CBC). While businesses in a market economy make money by making products or providing services that we want, business (and organizations) in a government-directed economy they get their money by lobbying politicians. And since businesses go where the money is, more and more businesses are hiring and funding lobbyists. Just what our economy needs, right? Jusk ask Bombardier.

Thomas Jefferson once remarked that "To compel a man to subsidize with his taxes the propagation of ideas which he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical". By that measure then, there is nothing more morally repugnant than the Trudeau government. Thanks to extortion, ordinary taxpayers are forced to pay for the propagation of other people's ideologies. In Canada we are forced to pay for CBC Pravda, Indoctrination University, the inquisitors of Canada's kangaroo courts, political parties, partisan environmental groups, ethno-cultural organizations, pro-immigration lobbyists dozens and dozens of "anti-racism" and pro 'diversity' projects, and grievance mongers who feed off the white guilt inculcated by propagandists in the guise of high school and college teachers....for an endless parade of parasites. Together they constitute a vastly expensive stratum of uselessness that weighs down on hard working Canadians who struggle to pay the rent or service their mortgage and simply put food on the table.

"This is My Future and My Canada, and I will Fight White Racists who Oppose Islamization!"

The most galling thing about this caste system is that the beneficiaries fancy themselves as moral paragons, as warriors in a noble cause, the cause of treason. The agents of an ongoing agenda of downgrading the contribution of "old stock" Canadians and their ancestors to this once great nation, and characterizing their legacy as one of racism, oppression and 'privilege'. When you think about it, these hypocrites owe their station in life not to what they know, but who they know in Ottawa or countless other epicentres of cronyism across the land. The city councils and provincial governments who use our money to float the careers and hobbies of people we wouldn't hire to mow our lawn. Their only job skill is their ability to sing the government's tune. You know the lyrics. "Diversity is our strength." Say that a thousand times and you might believe it. That is, if you are blind man with the IQ of a grasshopper.

Our country is in trouble. Never mind the government debt to GDP ratio. The household income to debt ratio is worse. Put together with the federal debt — which all of us are responsible for — our debt represents 300% of our entire economy. The worst in OECD. Worse than Greece! Then along comes Isqra Khalid and her $23 million of political funding. Think about $23 million could have done. Think about how many extra beds it would provide for a seniors care facility? Think about how many visual imaging machines it could provide for your local hospital. Think about how what ordinary taxpayers could do with even a fraction of that $23 million. Think of how far they could make it go. It almost makes you cry.

I am crying all right, but my tears are tears of rage.

Walk Away From Mendacity

Below is an article from The Orthosphere written by J. M. Smith on July 4

Walk Away From Mendacity
By: J. M. Smith

The Orthosphere

We have returned to the sultry swelter of Texas, retracing the route by which we had, but a week before, escaped over the dusty rolling plains. Traveling in the homeward direction, I was not so impressed by visible signs of Christian faith (although the many white crosses in the town of Memphis were something to ponder). I was impressed by visible signs of mendacity.

Mendacity is not the simple act of lying, or even lying habitually. It is living a lie because one believes in “the salutary nature of falsehoods.” The phrase is from the last of Carlyle’s Latter Day Pamphlets, in which the great man also describes mendacity as “the universe of cant.” What he means is not only that lies are so common as to be virtually universal, but that, in “the universe of cant,” reality is conceived to be of so indefinite, elastic and manipulable a nature as to conform to anything we might say that it is. As Carlyle explains, the spiritual ground and first cause of “the universe of cant” is a conviction that
“the universe makes no immediate objection to be conceived
in any way.”
In the mouth of a modern savant, this principle would be expressed by the line,
“Reality is a social construct.”
When a liar lies, he knows his words are not true. The mendacious man does not care if words are true because truth has for him no value. If he has had the benefit of a university education, the mendacious man will say
“Everything is an interpretation.”
Because a liar knows that his falsehoods are untrue, he “lives by his lies” only insofar as he must to maintain his deception. But the mendacious man goes beyond this “voluntary spoken divergence from the fact as it stands” and assumes a voluntary “divergence in thought from what is the fact.” As Carlyle goes on to say,
“Alas, the palpable liar with his tongue does at least know that he is lying, and has or might have some faint vestige of remorse and chance of amendment; but the impalpable liar, whose tongue articulates mere accepted commonplaces, cants and babblement, which means only ‘Admire me . . .’ of him what hope is there?”

There are official signs along U.S. Highway 287 north of Amarillo indicating that this stretch of road is part of something called the “Plains to Ports Highway.” Reading these signs, an ingenuous motorist might form the belief that the enormous, thundering truck by which he is being crowded off the road is, at least, conveying the bounty of the plains to a saltwater port, from whence that bounty will be shipped across the sea. But in this belief the ingenuous motorist would be wrong, for, as you can see on this map, the “Plains to Ports Highway” is, in fact, a highway to Mexico.

Do not be deceived by the coastal town of Mazatlan, away down south by the mouth of the Gulf of California. Mazatlan is a tourist resort and port of call for cruise ships. If the farmers of the high plains actually wished to export their beefcakes to Australia or the Galapagos Islands, they would do so through, Manzanillo, the real port farther south.

The absence of any real ports on the “Plains to Ports Highway” may be a small thing in itself, but this false and misleading name is part of the pervasive mendacity that runs through all of our dealings Mexico.

We are not told the truth about Mexico and we do not wish to be told the truth.

* * * * *

If the “Plains to Ports Highway” was, in truth, a highway from the Plains to some Ports, it might have continued to follow Highway 287 southeast from Amarillo to its terminus, which happens to be a city called Port Arthur on the Gulf of Mexico. But as it is, the “Plains to Ports Highway” leaves Highway 287 at Amarillo and makes a beeline for the border.

Southeast of Amarillo, Highway 287 might be called the Colorado Trail, for it is by this route that thousands upon thousands of Texans make their annual hegira to the Rocky Mountains. Nowadays it might also be called the Cannabis Trail, for it is by this route that thousands upon thousands of pounds of marijuana are transported from the happy highlands to the great, sweltering, unhappy cities of Texas.

That this is so was evident in at least fifty large billboards along that highway, all hawking the services of lawyers who specialize in the defense of marijuana smugglers. “Got Pot?” read more than one of these.

Assuming that these lawyers know their market, quite a few of the drivers on that stretch of road nod their heads and answer, “you bet your sweet ass I do!”

Obviously, Colorado’s legalization of marijuana made Highway 287 into the Pot to Potheads Highway, but only lawyers specializing in the defense of marijuana smugglers act as if this is so. That the services of such lawyers are required suggests that the state occasionally manages to nab a car loaded with cannabis candy bars, but I nowhere saw evidence of any serious effort to curtail the Colorado cannabis trade.

Just as with our dealings with Mexico, our dealings with illegal drugs are shot through with mendacity. We are not told the truth about marijuana and we do not wish to be told the truth.

* * * * *

We left the Pot to Potheads Highway at Fort Worth, where the newspaper headlines blazoned the news that my employer is squirming in the face of awkward questions about its handling of sexual assaults by and of its students. I’ve written several posts about this problem, which is hardly unique to Texas A&M, and is probably insoluble without rolling back much of the sexual revolution.

The essential problem is how a university can prevent bad sex between its students without inconveniencing the students who wish to take a shot at good sex. That university students have a right to conveniently take a shot at good sex is never questioned. That the university has a responsibility to prevent this from going bad is, likewise, a foregone conclusion. Thus separation of good sex from bad sex is the Gordian knot that our president hopes to unravel with the help of a task force, panel of experts, firm of outside consultants, and, perhaps, Ouija board.

The big brains are being asked to furrow their brows and discover a way that Chad and Susie can lock themselves in Susie’s room, with no questions asked, notwithstanding that Chad and Susie are drunk and do not know each other’s names, and yet emerge the next morning with smiles on their faces and love in their hearts.

Furrow away, say I, because this is a puzzler that cannot be solved. And it cannot be solved because it drips with mendacity.

It cannot be solved because we are not told the truth about sex and we do not wish to be told the truth.

* * * * *

Mendacity is a resolution to permanently reside in a false and fictional world, in a pretend world of make-believe. It is a decision to take the plunge and really “live the lie.” We are, for instance, living the lie that Mexico is just a normal neighbor, and that our relations with that strange and unhappy country are not fundamentally different than our relations with, say, Canada or Italy.

We are living the lie that contraband will not cross an unregulated border, and that Colorado is not, therefore, supplying marijuana to all of the western states that are too uptight to supply themselves.

We are living the lie that Chad and Susie can always come out of Susie’s room smiling, if only Chad is sufficiently schooled, beforehand, in the precise protocols of prophylaxis and feminist sex, not to mention the fearsome penalties for sex crimes.

Or we could refuse to live by these lies and face the fact that countries, contraband, and young couples do have an “immediate objection to be conceived in any way.” We could accept the fact that they demand that we conceive them in just one way–and that is their way, not ours.

Because otherwise there will be pain!

* * * * *

In 1974 Alexander Solzhenitsyn wrote a short and powerful essay called “Live Not By Lies.” He wrote the essay just before leaving the Soviet Union, and was, of course, writing in protest against the lies of the Soviet authorities and the mendacity of the Soviet citizens who lived by those lies (excusing themselves with the words, “It is all the same to me so long as I’m fed and warm”).

The dishonest authorities cared enough about the truth to suppress it. The mendacious citizens cared so little about the truth that they would not trouble themselves to demand it. And it was by their “daily participation in lies” that these mendacious citizens lost their souls.

At the heart of Solzhenitsyn’s great essay, there is a litany of the mendacities to which every one of us is prone, and of which almost every one of us is guilty. I suggest that this litany may make more suitable reading for Americans on this Independence Day than, say, the Declaration of Independence. And while you are at it, why not accept Solzhenitsyn’s challenge and commit yourself to “personal non-participation in lies.”

“Walk away,” he says, “from the gangrenous boundary.”

The Iniquities of Immigration

Mississauga Council

The Mississauga City Council opens it chamber to the public every two weeks. I attended about 45 minutes of its session yesterday. The councillors discussed issues such as how to manage pedestrian crossings along the very busy (quasi highway) Burnhamthorpe Road, and the various summer festivals taking place on Celebration Square.

It was all very intriguing to me: how protocol is managed, how issues are voted on (or against), how the minutes are recorded. And how in-camera sessions are held.

Civilization requires procedure. The Council provides that.

Here is the agenda for June 20, with an additonal agenda provded here.

Minutes are to follow.

Below are a couple of photos I took when the councillors receded to their in-camera session. It is a grand room where one feels the responsibility of civility, law and order. It was sparsely attended! I was one of four or five.

Canada Created by Pioneers and Settler Farmers

Image posted at the article
Multicultural Historian: Early White Canadians Were Lazy Colonizers, Not Hardy Farmers
by Prof. Ricardo Duchesne
On the website Council of European Canadians
With the captain: Lazy Euro-Canadian boy pretending he is working the land; this is a myth, he is a colonizer.

Ricardo Duchesne, who writes at the Council of European Canadians and who is a professor at the University of New Brunswick, has this to say about Daniel Panneton, a "Historian & Outreach Officer at Multicultural History Society of Ontario," who reviewed his best-sellng book Canada in Decay (of which I have a copy):
Daniel Panneton, a "Historian & Outreach Officer at Multicultural History Society of Ontario," calls extremist my view that Canada was created by pioneers and settler farmers. He says it is "racist" and a "myth" to say that Canada was created by Euro-Canadians. The only historically accurate view of Canada's past is that it was a "culture of white supremacy, a culture that is continually replicated and reshaped by our political and cultural institutions."

[...]

He condemns my best selling book Canada in Decay for allegedly arguing "that multiculturalism is a covert plot to wipe out the white race by the globalist left." It is obvious Penneton did not read this book, and I would be surprised if he has carefully read and fairly evaluated any book that portrays Euro-Canadians as hard workers who created the very comforts Penneton enjoys without being grateful to his ancestors.

I repeat, not a single source, book or article, is referenced by Penneton the "historian" of the "Multicultural History Society of Ontario". This is what passes for "historian" nowadays. When graduate students are celebrating diversity and condemning "white supremacy" they are not required to cite sources and employ facts. It is a self-evident truth instilled upon children the moment they enter primary school that "diversity is our greatest strength" and that "white supremacists" control Canada. Penneton imagines himself a true "hardy" Canadian challenging the dominant "white supremacist" establishment while expressing these self-evident truths.

Museums

Having completed an MA in History, Penneton is currently doing "Museum Studies" at the University of Toronto. I wonder if he knows that museums were invented by Europeans. With origins dating back to Hellenistic Greece, museums really took off during the 1600s when Europeans went about displaying all sorts of natural objects, plants, animals, artifacts, brought back from their amazing voyages of discovery. During the post-WWII years, museums were built in city after city across the West as amazing storehouses of natural and human history, and as centers of education.

Who would have known that as Western nations are being forced to populate themselves with millions of diverse immigrants, museums are becoming places dedicated to the celebration of the far lesser achievements of non-Europeans, officially committed to diversity in the West, coupled with exhibitions of Europe's achievements as if they were the "achievements of humanity", and the transformation of all museums into ideological weapons to encourage Europeans to view their nations as the "common home" of humanity?

The program Museum Studies rang a resounding bell. Where had I heard of it before?

Oh yes!

Of course students come and go, but if the institution they hail from is now getting "outed" for providing this type of "educated" graduate, even one, then we have to consider the merits of ALL the others.

"While you certainly have the right to freedom of speech..."

The contradictions of the Canadian Soviet Left is endlessly hypocritical, and hilarious.

Here is a line from the recent email I received from Mandy Salter, the director and curator of the Art Gallery of Mississauga.

While you certainly have the right to freedom of speech, the AGM also has the right to not be defamed and or the recipient of hate propaganda.
Of course they don't "believe" in "freedom of speech." If Salter truthfully and genuinely believed this statement, then why is she, on behalf of the publicly funded, Canadian and Ontario government grant receiving agency, not only banning me from the AGM, but criminalizing my very entrance into the AGM with a latent warrant for my arrest by the Peel Region Police. Where are my "freedom of speech" rights as a citizen of Mississauga, which is receiving a portion of its an annual $350,000 from public funds through my coerced tax contributions?
