Leaders are not perfect.NO-ONE can deny that Abiy aims for excellence, and in many ways, in his short few years, he has already achieved many excellent things.
That’s not a news flash. But this might be: They don’t have to be perfect. They have to be excellent.
And he has a lot more excellence to perform.
